Citic Envirotech Wins Bid For Rmb549 Million Project

Citic Envirotech has announced that the group was awarded a Public-Private Partnership project in Liaoyang City, Liaoning Province, China worth approximately Rmb549 million ($122 million).

The project involves an investment of Rmb549 million into 4 wastewater treatment plants and/or its associated pipe network in Liaoyang City. In return, the group is expected to enjoy a mutually agreed rate of return on the capital invested and will be granted concessions to operate and maintain (O&M) the 4 plants, with a total waste treatment capacity of approximately 285,000m3 per day and the concession periods for the O&M vary between 15-20 years.
