OKP Holdings Awarded $12.7 Million JTC Contract

OKP Holdings’ wholly-owned subsidiary, Eng Lam Contractors Co, has been awarded a contract worth $12.7 million by JTC for the extension of road, drain and sewer works at Woodlands Avenue 4.

The construction primarily involves the construction and execution of general site clearance, road works, drainage works and sewer works. The contract marks the second contract the group secured from JTC this year, raising the total value of projects secured in 2015 to $196.7 million.

The contract commences on 16 October 2015 and spans over two phases between 16 October 2015 and 15 February 2016, as well as between 16 October 2015 and 15 June 2016. In addition to winning the latest contract, the group has also secured a $20.4 million contract from JTC in April 2015, for the construction of roads, drains and sewers and soil improvement works at Tuas South Avenue 7/14.
