Australand Secures Major Industrial Deals In Melbourne

Frasers Centrepoint’s subsidiary, Australand, has secured major industrial deals for around 200,000 square metres of industrial space in Melbourne in the last six months.

The combined deals are valued at approximately $200 million. The largest deal with Ceva Logistics involves the construction of a new 90,000 square metres campus-style warehouse and office facility, which is expected to be completed in mid-2016.

The facility will have an end value of over $80 million and Ceva has committed to an initial 10-year lease over the site.
