Articles (102) Profile

ISOTeam is a relatively new stock that had its initial public offering in mid-2013. It suffered a sell down in September 2013, with support at $0.30 – the low of its debut trading day. Thereafter, the counter stabilised and trended up.

Since mid-October, it has formed a short-term uptrend that exhibited a higher-high and higher-low pattern. Also, both the MACD histogram and Moving Averages are indicating bullish signals. In early-December, when the Straits Times Index suffered a sell down of around 100 points, ISOTeam managed to hold well which was a further sign of strength.

From the fundamental perspective, both revenue and net income have increased stably on a yearly basis indicating that it is a growth stock and risk of trading is relatively low. One may consider buying on weakness during the recent pull back and expect it to resume uptrend after consolidation.
